Mr. Steeby is originally from Alaska. He served in the U.S. Army and is a former police officer and IT professional.

Jon Bridgan, VP of Operations, is a long time resident of the Northern Virginia area. Jon has honorably served in both the US Marines and later in the US Army. He has been in the construction and maintenance field for over 16 years and most recently served as an Operations Director for a Facilities Management firm.
