“I purchased a condo which Rick Steeby had done a great deal of amazing work on. He made it into what I wanted to buy. Soon after I purchased the place however, I noticed the hardwood floor in the kitchen had started to buckle. I told my agent who advised me what I had to do, but that she would contact the seller to see if he had any thoughts. Within a day, Rick had called me and come over to look at the floor. He tore up part of it to let it breathe and a few days later, returned to replace a good section of the kitchen floor.
